
Russell Kenney is an assistant professor with the University of Oklahoma School of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a faculty member with the Advanced Radar Research Center. His research interests include radar signal processing, synthetic aperture radar, radar test equipment, state estimation algorithms, and microwave component design.
